Toby RicheyFounder / CEO / President
Toby Richey is the Founder, CEO, and President of Toby Richey & Associates. He began his career in the brokerage industry in 1989 as an institutional bond broker before transitioning to financial advisor recruiting in 1996 at Ryman, Bell, Green & Michaels, where he quickly became the firm's top producer. In 2002, he founded Toby Richey & Associates, where his dedicated team has since placed hundreds of financial advisors managing billions in assets with leading Wall Street firms. Beyond the office, Toby enjoys cycling, hiking, camping, and hitting the slopes for snow skiing with his son and daughter.
Luke LinfordSenior Vice President of Sales Operations
Luke Linford is the Senior Vice President of Sales Operations at Toby Richey & Associates. Since joining the firm in 2017, he quickly became a top-producing recruiter before transitioning into sales management in 2019. Leveraging his leadership training and sales expertise, he manages and coaches the recruiting team to drive both tactical and strategic company growth. Based in Ogden, Utah, Luke enjoys staying active through weight training, hiking, and snowboarding. Outside of work, he values spending time with his wife and son.
